We are going to be making changes to our competencies. Since there are competencies already tied to the jobs, do we have to manually remove the old competencies before loading the new ones or can we remove through a load?
Also, when updating the jobs, how do we handle the changes (additions and deletions) on previous performance appraisals that are still open or on current performance appraisals that are still open to the employee being on leave of absence?
