Raise requisition from WO

Summary:

We enable the responsive self service procurement in our test environment. When we do the testing for raising requisition from maintenance work order. We expect it will launch the responsive self service procurement page. But it is still launch the old self service procurement page. Or is there any setup that we need to do in order to launch the responsive self service procurement page.
