Length of Service - Fast Formula Compensation and Override

Hello expert,

we are trying to develop a fast formula in the workforce compensation plan in order to extract the length of service in year based on seniority date. We notice that there i a column in the default column of the worksheet display that is called "Years Employes" but it retrieves the lenght of service based on enterprise start date and does not value the seniority date in group (eg global transfer)

Have you ever worked with similar FF? May you share with us a sample of this one?
