Will the Subscription product status change from Closed to Expired if the end date has arrived
Summary:
Hello Oracle Experts!
We need a clarity on the Subscription Status of Closed & Expired, when the subscription is manually closed (Actions—> Close) then the status will change to closed for a subscription product.
Other than this, will the status change to closed anytime? If all the lines in the Billing summary are Invoiced, will it move the status to closed?
And if suppose the status is moved to closed, and the end date as arrived, then after running the Update Subscription Status Schedule process, will it change the closed status to expired?
