How to rearrange homepage in Visual Builder in RSSP following 24D update

Summary:

Following 24D, the options for extending the RSSP homepage has changed, there used to be a section for the rearrangement of the sections of the homepage.

There used to be display logic but I can't see this anymore


The extensibility document mentions to add these section values in the desired order but I can't see how this works in VBS

Could someone let me know how I edit the order in VBS.
