How are open jobs displayed to employees in the Career Development work area?
Summary: When an employee navigates to Me → Career and Performance → Career Development → Career Outlook → Explore Careers → Search for Career → Click on the Career hyperlink, they are able to see the open jobs. From my observation, these jobs are mostly displayed based on the posting date, with the most recently posted jobs shown first. However, if two or three jobs are posted on the same day, how are they displayed? I am unable to find any clear pattern. Has anyone faced this issue before? If so, could you please share your insights?
