Unable to see the incumbent in the Position Type succession plan while creating the succession plan

Summary: While creating a Position Type Succession Plan, we are unable to see the incumbents when accessing the 'View Incumbent' option. Although incumbents are there to the position for which we are creating the Succession Plan, they do not appear. If anyone has encountered this issue before, could you please share your insights?
