How do you create a requisition using a BPA in RRSP

Summary:

In classic we create requisitions from BPAs for services, then convert the req to POs. We do NOT use any supplier item numbers on the BPA.

We attempted to follow similar process while testing in RSSP - and the BPA's would not pull up in the RSSP screen.
