Error access Oracle's public CDN after login

Hi,
Did anyone ever encountered the below error message after login to EPBC (via SSO)? Checked with IT they are not aware of any firewall blocking and they cannot help. This error happens from time to time, and after some time it just being normal login without error. Not sure if it's something on the Oracle service side.
