Casdk-0041 Error when trying to call VBCS Business Object APIs from OIC

I am getting a 500 error when trying to call vbcs bo. This call works in postman and I have tried using the same basic auth credentials in oic but nothing works.

Also have tried to use VBCS bearer token generated from UI, which works in postman but doesnt work in OIC.

This doesnt seem like an auth issue more of connectivity i think.
