How to restrict items to be ordered with some fixed quantity

have a scenario whether for specific item some fixed quantity needs to be entered in Sales order.

For example, Item A should be entered in multiples of 5 Quantity in Sales order. In case of any deviation, Fusion system should throw an error

Can you pls share how this can be achieved ?
