Does HDL not work in case of Balance Adjustment Element Entry costing update?

Asking this as the value for element entry ID for such an entry does not exist in source system table (hrc_integration_key_map).

If anyone has been able to run HDL successfully for Balance Adjustment Element Entry costing update - please let me know.
