Redwood: Create Talent Review Meeting (Population Selection Filter Section) Modify?

Summary:

In the new Create Talent Review Meeting , there are new filter options in the Population Selection Section.

However, the Manager filter is no longer available in the list of filters as compare to the the RUI.

Is there a way to customize the filter like add the manager or replace grades?
