Credit card integration with Cybersource-Update customer attributes using integration

We are implementing Credit Card Integration with Cybersource for our client. We have couple of requirements where we may have to built integrations using the response provided by Cybersource

Requirement 1: New credit card registration: All credit card customers are put on credit hold when they are created and the hold needs to be automatically released when a credit card is successfully registered for that customer. We need to use the attributes available on credit card tables after registration and build an integration to automatically release the credit hold.

Requirement 2: Whenever a credit card payment is declined by Cybersource we need to place the cutstomer on credit hold. We need to use the attribute available on credit card tables and and build an integration to automatically place the customer on credit hold.
