Oracle Analytics: Eloqua Contact Unreachability Detail
This might be a question for @Otilia Antipa-Oracle or @JodyMooney-Oracle, but I'm attempting to create a comprehensive month over month report in Oracle Analytics for one of our Eloqua instances that is designed to show me Total Contacts, Total New Contacts, Total Bouncebacks, and Total Unsubscribes so that we can more easily identify database health trends.
Unfortunately; though, when using the Contact Unreachability Detail report, I am noticing drastic discrepancies in the numbers being reported. For example, for it's showing 11,816,964 Total Contacts in November 2024, but there are only 984,760 total contacts in our instance. How could the report be displaying more than 11MM more contacts for a specific month than we have in our total database? Is this a bug, or is there a better way to generate this report?
