Read-Only Access Job Roles for Accounts Payable

I am looking to create a job role with read-only access for the 'Accounts Payable Invoice Supervisor' or 'Accounts Payable Payment Supervisor' positions. Specifically, I would like to know if we have existing read-only access job roles that would allow these individuals to view invoice details or payment details without the option to edit.

Could you please provide information on any similar job roles that meet these criteria? Additionally, if such roles do not exist, I would appreciate guidance on how to create a custom role that would grant the necessary read-only access.
