Can I add DFF in Prepare Review Content redwood page?

Summary:

I have a requirement to be able to capture additional overall comments during manager review/rating. I realize there is no DFF capability in this page in responsive but wondering if there is a way to add DFF in redwood version. Can someone please confirm? I see there are individuals comments field but need overall comments not related to ratings.
