Can we apply segmentation security restrictions but still allow teams to see total balances?

Summary:

We have cost centres that have less 1 employee so we are trying to find a solution for teams to NOT be able to see the cost-centre level values of specific GLs related to employee compensation but still be able to view the accurate total balance.

We tried the the new 24D feature (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/erp/24d/fins24d/24D-fin-wn-f34858.htm) but it also removes the balance of the excluded cost-centres which is not accurate to be used by Financial Reporting team.

In addition, we found that this security feature doesn't restrict reports in BI so people can still run SQL BI reports with the restricted cost centre information
