How to embed a OTBI or BIP report in Total Compensation Statement template?

We have a requirement to create total compensation statement. I would like to include more customizations thus are in need to including/embedding a report (OTBI/BIP) in the delivered statement template. Is there any way to achieve that?

Also we would need a sample Compensation Item fast formula to bring all the salary components into the Total Compensation Statement.
