Active department not found in report
Hi,
We are using the department level to differentiate between departments (divisions, sections, units). We have created a new tree version based on the new requirements and set the old tree version as inactive. The new tree version is active. In an analysis, we are using the tree to list the hierarchy of each employee. The condition was on tree name = Department Tree and Tree Version Status = Active
The report will not return any data when the new tree is the one active. If I reactivate the old tree, the data will be printed.
Can anyone help me with this? Is there anything additional I need to configure for my new tree version?
