Unable to choose goal 'type' when creating library goals since 24D in Redwood

edited Nov 29, 2024 10:23AM in Performance Management 2 comments

Summary:

In Redwood, when we created a new library goal, there was a drop down for goal type, where you could specify whether it was a performance or development goal. This field has disappeared with 24D.

Is that intentional or can we get it back?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When we switched on Redwood, it appears that the goal library for administrators had been combined, so regardless of whether you navigated via Goals or Career Development you landed on the same page. When creating a new library goal, you just had to select the goal type to see the relevant fields on the template.

Howdy, Stranger!
