autoapproval for Create Automatic Receipt Batch

Client is using Create Automatic Receipt Batch to create receipt batches and then has to manually approve batch

Similarly client is using Create Receipt Remittance Batch to create receipt remittance batches and again they have to manually approve.

Can this approval be automated ?
