Maintenance Asset FBDI Import Space is converted to question mark

Summary: Using FBDI to Load the Maintenance Assets.

The FBDI sheet has Description as 'XXXXXXX:  XXXX XXXXX ESTATE STYLE TD 90 (XXXX ****)'

However after we import it, in UI we see it as follows

XXXXXXX:��XXXX�XXXXX�ESTATE�STYLE�TD�90�(XXXX�****)

We are importing approximately 10000 records, this issue is occuring for some 30% of the records, rest are all fine
