Oracle Customer address validation in Customer master UI SAAS

Summary:

We have subscribed to DAAS Service for customer address validation and enabled address validation button as per Doc ID 1347118.1

However it was throwing same error "ERROR:oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.Fndmessages" whenever we click the address validation button
