Line Manager Restricted Access

Hi

We have two type of employees "Salaried and Hourly. We have a requirement where we need to enable talent Management modules only for Salaried employee population. we created Talent employee role and assigned to Salaried population. We created HR role through custom sql which access to Salaried population. A line Manager is a manager for both salaried & hourly employees. Now for Line Manager, even through custom sql, he is able to access both types of Direct reporteess and even can assign skill & qualification, career development, devel goals, talent review & succession planning to hourly population.

Performance Goal Plan and Performance Management, we can restrict through eligibility profile.
