This document details some frequently asked customer questions regarding OSMS End of Life and Migration to OSMH.

  1.  Question: Why is OS Management Service (OSMS) being depreciated or reaching End of Life ?
    AnswerOS Management Hub, which provides an improved user experience with new features, including patch deployments through lifecycle stages, enhanced job scheduling, and reporting capabilities. For more information see: OS Management Hub
  2. Question: What date will OS Management Service (OSMS) be depreciated or reach End of Life ?
    Answer: Effective April 23, 2025, the Oracle OS Management service reaches end of life (EOL). OS Management is replaced by OS Management Hub, which provides an improved user experience with new features, including patch deployments through lifecycle stages, enhanced job scheduling, and reporting capabilities.
