Job Offer Expiration notifications are not getting triggered to Hiring manager and Recruiter

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

Recruiters and hiring managers are not receiving the FYI notifications regarding the expiration of job offers for both external and internal candidates.

We have enabled the alerts "IRC_JobOffer_Expiration_External" and "IRC_JobOffer_Expiration_Internal" in the Alert Composer and in these are active in Recruiting Content Library as well. Additionally, we have scheduled the ESS Job "Recruiting Job Offer Expiration Date Alert" to run daily.

However, the notifications are still not being sent. Is there anything we might have missed?
