Eloqua Redwood UX picklists

Hello Team,

I would like to check if the behavior I get when using the Redwood UX in Eloqua is expected ?

Redwood: When I try to add new values to the picklist I am asked to download the picklist to make changes.

Classic View: I can make manual changes (just adding a new value by the click add) with no limits.
