Unsubscribe from specific email group is not tracked from Email and Campaign

In the past, our organization relied on the "Unsubscribe from Email Group" metric within Eloqua to track and report on specific email group unsubscribes (Unsubscribe email group from email or campaign). This data was crucial for our email analysis and campaign reporting. However, with recent changes, it appears that only the global unsubscribe is being tracked, and the email group unsubscribe data is no longer available.

Given the importance of this metric for our reporting purposes, could you please clarify the following:

  1. How can we track and report on email group unsubscribes in the current version of Eloqua?
