I need to Create a report on a Contact where I have created a custom field for their manager

I am trying to generate a hierarchal report on contacts within an organization.

I have created a "Manager" field that links to another contact in Sales.

I want to create a report that shows the hierarchy of the organization and ideally the activities under the hierarchy.
