Issues with creating branded subdomain in Eloqua

Hi Team,

One of our clients does not agree to create a subdomain, or whether a subdomain is necessary, and asked if emails could simply be sent from the main Magrabi Health domain (e.g. magrabi.com). They expressed concerns that a subdomain-based email address may look less trustworthy. They suggested exploring options to use the main Magrabi Health domain instead.

Please do provide insights on the above, which would be helpful for us to address to the client
