Hi Team

we understand that in 24D Oracle is giving ability to create subscription in Draft status from Fusion OM .

We also want to understand what's the best practice that oracle suggests to convert that Draft subscription to active in SMC, subsequently .

is it via OM or directly in SMC, and the approach for the same, the key is we are looking for best Practice and the approach from Oracle.
