What value in Subscription triggers performance satisfaction plan in RMCS

Summary:

Hi All,

We want to know what value or combination of what values/fields would pick the satisfaction plan in RMCS contract.

We are working on OM - OSS - RMCS integration. The plan in RMCS was coming correct from OM, but when we updated the subscription and sent subscription data to RMCS, the plan value was overridden.

Please sugest.
