The DFF is not shown in Skills and Qualifications - Certifications Section

Summary:

I added an Dff in the certifications section but it's not shown on it,

it's an required field so when i add the new certificate i have error msg that tell me this field is required but i can't fill the value because it's not visible.

does anyone tell me if i need to do steps to enable and visible the Dff?
