Dunning Letter email - missing body text message

Hi,

We are implementing advance collection and setup all items for dunning letter email. We are able to get the email with PDF as attachment but email body message is blank. We setup email body text under "Manage Collection Preferences" for each dunning letter template. I also checked bursting query and it is picking up email body text in PARAMETER5. It is very strange that bursting query is picking up email body text but when we receive email, it is not showing anything on email body.
