Shipment date is automatically getting update even though no asset interface happens

Summary:

There is currently a problem updating the Ship date on an asset if the line type for the order is ship-repair. We already have an orchestration rule that does not interface with asset management if the order line type is ship repair no bill. However, even though the order information is not interfaced to asset management, the ship date is updated.

We attempted to replicate the scenario in the test environment, and here are our observations and test results, For the new service request , we added a new part line with the service activity type "Ship Repaired Item-FULL," where the order line type is set to "ShipRepair-NoBill." Once the serial control item is shipped from OM, the shipment date is being updated, even though the order information is not interfaced to asset management, the ship date is updated.
