How to use Special Handling attributes in OTBI analysis?

Summary:

As of the 24D update, there is the new feature to use special handling type attributes within the "Procurement - Purchasing Real Time" subject area (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/scm/24d/proc24d/24D-procurement-wn-f33987.htm#Steps-to-Enable). In our test environment, we have opted in to the feature "Create Requisitions and Purchase Orders Requiring Special Handling".

I've created a special handling type (header-level) called "Capital Project" that requires a user to enter a value in a context-sensitive DFF called "Project ID". I confirmed it works - I created a req with a Project ID value and could see the DFF transfer to the PO.
