Create a Saved Schedule for ESS job

We have a requirement where we would like to create a saved schedule and use that when scheduling a ESS job. Please advise as to what tasks/step/configuration will be required to create a saved schedule and select the same when scheduling a ESS job. Attaching document with screenshots of what we want.
