How to configure the multiple input values of element in the compensation history

Summary:

Hi Everyone!

We have an element with multiple input values. I am configuring the Compensation history(my client group>compensation>configure compensation history) to show recurring and one time payments. I am able to add the element but i am able to add only one input value. Eventually we need all the input value in the element to display in the "recurring and one time payments" section of my compensation under ess.

I tried to add one more with same element and other input value of that element, application throwed error saying, already element is added.

Is this the expected behaviour?
