State Income tax deducted for a state not part of LRU registration

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Hi Team,


We have observed that Residence State Income tax is getting deducted for employees, whose state was not registered under LRU registrations.


How to avoid taxing such states?

Any inputs are much appreciated.
