Offer approval based on Offer DFF values
I have been trying to send approval request. The conditions are matching but keep getting error message as "The request operation failed with the business rules defined for SupervisoryRulesListSet".
Rule condition : ((Proposed Assignment Details.Job Code startsWith "MTECH") AND (Offer Details.result.Offer DFF.flatratevalue != null) AND (Offer Details.result.Offer DFF.flatratepercentage > 125))
DFF's are : FlatRatevalue & Flatratepercentage
I have set the approval to be sent just to hiring manager and still get the error. Here Hiring manager of the offer and the one who trigger this offer approval (recruiter) are active and have supervisors available too.
Any leads here would be helpful.
