Are the Privileges Available for the AI_AGENT_ADMIN_ROLE

Summary:

I'm testing Oracle's AI Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Agent within guided journeys, but I'm getting this error: "Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk." I'm assuming this error is because I do not have the AI_AGENT_ADMIN_ROLE. When trying to create that role, I cannot find the HRC_MANAGE_AI_AGENT_PRIV or the HRC_ACCESS_AI_AGENT_CHAT_PRIV. Are these privileges available as of 24D?
