Redwood 24D - Can we set up approval rules for Benefits Self-Service in People to Cover
Summary:
We have set up approval rules for Change Personal Information when a person create or change contact. The rule is working as expected when the change is made from the Family and Emergency Contacts page.
However, when the same change is made from People to Cover in Redwood Benefits Self Service, the approvals are not being followed and the change becomes auto approved.
In the previous version of Benefits Self Service, we couldn´t have this approval. Is there any way to set up approvals in Redwood Benefits Self Services?
