How to limit access to confidential contracts

We would like to only allow top executives to view confidential contracts.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Currently, all contracts can be viewed by company directors and above. We now have a number of confidential contracts that should be accessible only to top executives. Is there a way to implement this request in Fusion?
