How to enable description for attachment in Next Gen Supplier Reg?

Summary:

In the old supplier registration, when supplier attach a file in the Company Detail page, they can also input a short description about what the attachment is. However, in Next Gen Supplier Reg, there is no such field for suppliers to enter the description. Anyone know how can we enable it?
