Is it possible to hide "suspend job requisition" from the 3 dots menu

Hi,

I am trying to hide suspend job requisition for Hiring manager.

I tried the EL expression given below from another conversation chain, but it does not work for me. Suspend job requisition is still visible in the 3 dots menu. Any suggestions if anyone has implemented this? Or any other way to hide? I raised an Oracle SR but they redirected to CCC.
