enable migration for HR helpdesk

I am trying to migrate Classic Helpdesk to Redwood. While trying to run the scheduled process-"HR Help Desk Metadata Migration to Redwood Help Desk”, HR "Help Desk Setup Data Migration to Redwood Help Desk" and "HR Help Desk Data Migration to Redwood Help Desk" I am getting the below message in logs-
'HR Helpdesk Migration is not enabled yet'.
Can someone please mention the steps on how to enable the Helpdesk migration to continue implementing to Redwood.
