Hi Experts,
Would like to reach out to you on whether there's a way to retrieve the log that the emails are successfully sent out (or not) for the "Action Required" emails that system should automatically sent to the next approver.
From time to time, we would receive such inquiries from end users, and we would make sure they have checked their spam settings, trash, email rules…etc.
But indeed those emails were not received by the approver, so whether there's any log from Fusion (with admin roles like AIC) that we can retrive?
