Preventive Maintenance Plan Flexibility/Tolerances

Summary:

Customer Needs flexibility/tolerance option in the Preventive Maintenance Plan to allow for adjustments in the Preventive Maintenance frequency. Also, need to document instances where PM is not conducted due to machine unavailability, spare parts, or resources.

When the Preventive maintenance is scheduled for some specific date and if it missed, the Work order keeps showing as past due, customer wants a tolerance or buffer time of some days. The warning should be shown after the tolerance/buffer timeline is passed it, not as soon as it misses the schedule date.

Is setting tolerances possible?

If not, they want an option to mention the reason for delay, if the delay is from other team like the production team, they are expecting a tab or something where they can mention the reason for delay in receiving the Equipment/Asset
