How to download a report from document record page

Hello Everyone,

I would like to ask for help regarding the configuration of a task in a journey. We have configured a "Report" type task with the possibility of saving the document directly within Document Record. We have noticed that within the task the report is downloaded correctly and is visible well, while if I want to download the document from the employee's document page it extracts empty (please see screen: screen 1 report downloaded from the task, screen 2 report downloaded from the document page, screen 3 task configuration, screen 4 document type).

Do you please have any suggestion?
